What types of photography do you specialize in?

My main focus is professional and personal portraits—such as corporate headshots, business branding
sessions, family portraits, and creative projects. I also cover select events (like birthdays, weddings, or
engagements), but my heart is in creating strong visuals for businesses and timeless portraits for
individuals and families.

Where are you located, and do you travel?

I’m based in Edmonton, Alberta. Most of my sessions are here, but I’m available to travel when needed.
Travel fees may apply depending on the location, and it’s best to book early if you’d like me outside
Edmonton.

What’s your photography style?

Clean, natural, and professional. My goal is to highlight personality, emotion, and detail—whether it’s a
corporate profile photo, a family portrait, or a business branding session. I’ll guide you through the process
so you feel comfortable, confident, and relaxed in front of the camera.

When will I receive my photos?

Portrait and business sessions are usually ready within 2–3 weeks. Larger projects or events may take up
to 8–12 weeks. You’ll get a private online gallery where you can view, download, and order prints. If you
need the photos quickly, rush delivery is available upon request.

How many photos are included?

Each package includes a curated collection of edited photos. For headshots, that may mean a handful of
polished images, while family or business sessions usually include a larger set. I focus on quality over
quantity, but if you’d like additional images beyond your package, those can always be added.

Can I help choose my photos?

Yes. I normally deliver the best selections from your session so you don’t have to sort through duplicates or
test shots. If you’d like to choose your own images before editing, just let me know—there’s a small fee to
prepare a proofing gallery.

How do payments work?

A retainer (usually 50%) is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due before final
delivery. Payments can be made by e-transfer, credit card, or other agreed options. If needed, installment
plans are available—just ask!

What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel?

I understand life happens! Retainers are non-refundable, but I’ll do my best to reschedule your session. If a
cancellation is unavoidable, partial refunds may apply depending on the circumstances.

Will my photos be used online?

Yes, I may feature select photos in my portfolio, on my website, or on social media. This is standard in the
photography industry. However, I always respect privacy—if there are images you’d prefer to keep private,
let me know and we’ll make arrangements.

How do you handle my personal information?

I only collect what’s necessary to book and deliver your session—like your name, contact details, and
payment info. Everything is processed securely, and your photos are stored on professional platforms. I
never sell or misuse your data.
